The Milford Central School District is a small, rural school district located between Oneonta and Cooperstown.  We are a tight-knit learning community serving approximately 400 students in grades PK-12.  We are seeking applicants for a full-time, probationary vocal music position.

This position will serve students in grades PK – 5 general music and the secondary choral program.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to build strong and supportive relationships with students.  We expect our teachers to go above and beyond to meet the needs of each of their students, design lessons that are engaging, and embrace being part of the MCS family.

Substitute Positions for the 2018-2019 School Year

Instructional Substitutes---Teachers, LTAs, and Aides 

           $15.10/hour for those with NY State Teacher Certification ($105.70/day)

           $13.10/hour for those without NY State Teacher Certification ($91.70/day)

Substitute Bus Drivers:  $25.00/hour

Substitute Cleaners, Clerical Support, and Food Service Workers:  $13.10/hour
